Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA)

operates
the compulsory European and national type approval schemes
covering safety and environment standards for all vehicles.

to obtain international type approval in the UK rather

overall Government policy on motorways and trunk roads
in England and determining the strategic framework and
the financial resources within which it operates.
